    Font - at her because she had to wait like two minutes to check out, and why didn't she call for help (she had, multiple times), and she wanted to speak to the manager, and quite frankly she was very lucky that the manager was busy and happened to walk up to checkout at that particular moment, because Cheryl would have broken both her legs and made her walk out the door.

    Font - / was not a manager, but when I walked up with a murderous smile and asked what the problem seemed to be she went ahead and assumed, and I didn't feel the need to correct her. I sent the kid off on some bogus errand to go get another pack of the monthly feature out of the stockroom and then smiled and nodded sympathetically as this woman vented at me about how respectable stores didn't make their customers wait and see if she'd shop here again.

    Font - The thing about people like that is... they're pretty easy to case. I knew she would be super busy ranting and I knew she was in a “hurry" so she wouldn’t pay too much attention as she swiped her card, and I knew for sure she wouldn’t want to waste her time with a receipt, and I was right on all counts.
